    升黄带  礼仪  拳法  基本格挡动作
    升蓝带  前踢  横踢  下劈  太极一、二章
    升绿带  横踢  下劈  侧踢  太极三、四章
    升红带  横踢  下劈  侧踢  后踢  太极五、六章
    升黑带一段  所有腿法（随机选择） 太极七、八章及随机选择一～六章之一
    升黑带二段  所有腿法（随机选择） 高丽及随机选择一～八章之一
    升黑带三段  所有腿法（随机选择） 金刚及随机选择一～八章或高丽之一
